Welcome to Your Breast Self, a community celebrating breasts, self-acceptance and being the best version of yourself. Your Breast Self is the only site created exclusively for small-breasted women. Are you ready to feel more confident and change the way you view yourself? Let’s get started!
This page will help you get the most out of the site. First off, my name is Marissa. Here’s a glimpse into my mission:
If it’s your first time here, here’s where you should start:
Step 1: Get your Unbreakable Body Confidence eBook guide
I created a free eBook guide that contains 8 principles to help women feel more confident about their breast size and change how they view themselves.
The principles are based on what I’ve learned from my own personal journey with self-acceptance and self-love. After years of dealing with insecurity and trying to feel better about my breasts and failing, I finally figured out how to develop the full body confidence that I always wanted. My goal is to share my insights so that I can help others avoid the insecurities that I experienced. I share what happened to me but also why my experiences were effective at helping me reshape my mindset toward body image. It’s important to understand why something works in order to apply it your own situation.
While my story is specific to breasts, these lessons apply to anyone who wants to become more confident with their body.
Step 2: Connect on Social
By liking the Your Breast Self page on Facebook, you’ll get access to lots of stuff that isn’t on the blog, like photos, giveaways and great content from other blogs.
Step 3: Read These Posts First
Even if you’ve been highly insecure about your breast size or shape your whole life, it is totally possible to change that. I went from being completely ashamed of my small breasts – to the point where I thought plastic surgery was the only solution – to being able to accept and love my body, small breasts and all. It’s never too late!
And once you learn to accept your body, you’ll find so many great things will start to happen. Like . . .
In order to help small-breasted women feel more confident and beautiful, it’s important to not only provide the right-fitting products, but also to help women understand how to cultivate the right mindset toward beauty.
That’s why I write articles on products:

As well as mindset:
As well as tactical tips & tricks you’ll find useful:
I want to help women understand the true source of their insecurity, what’s driving their shame, and how to shift their perspective so that they see the beauty in both small and large sizes.
And that’s also why I speak out against body-shaming in the media . . .
And if you want some real life inspiration of small-breasted women who rock their figures and dominate, you will love the Small Breasted Babes series.
Step 4: Pause and Reflect
The fact that you’re here means you’re taking steps in the right direction. You care about personal development and being the best version of you. You’re not trying to take the easy way out, but you’re stepping up and exhibiting the courage to accept imperfection and embrace who you are. I’m excited for you!
I am glad we are connected 🙂 Feel free to reach out and say hello at Marissa@yourbreastself.com
